Humanity is enjoying a rich life through the development of science and technology, but now it has become a necessity to protect the environment, such as the Green New Deal policy and ESG management, to minimize its side effects and ensure a sustainable future.

WBM is an eco-friendly material specialist that possesses water electrolysis stack material technology, hydrogen generator technology, cable material technology that replaces polymer-based copper, and oxygen-blocking functional paper coating technology that replaces plastic packaging for the sustainable future of humanity.

We have world-class water electrolysis technology for the production of hydrogen, which is the core of the value chain (production, storage, and transportation of hydrogen) of the hydrogen energy industry, which is attracting attention as a next-generation energy source worldwide. We have completed the development of hydrogen production technology that separates water into hydrogen and oxygen at low cost and low power, and have reached the demonstration stage of developing hydrogen generators and hydrogen engines utilizing this technology.

We are developing PCC cables, which are lighter and thinner wires based on polymers that replace wires that previously used copper, with higher performance levels at a lower price and lower resistance. PCC cables have high electrical conductivity, high electromagnetic shielding, and antistatic properties, so they can be used not only as power cables but also as optical cables, aircraft such as drones that require light weight, and PCB boards.

In order to solve social problems caused by plastic consumption, we have developed a biodegradable functional paper ORC coating to replace packaging materials previously used with PE coatings that cannot be recycled or biodegraded. ORC coating is a material that can be biodegraded or recycled in an eco-friendly manner while possessing superior performance to the moisture barrier and oxygen barrier performance of PE coating.

We are preparing to enter the overseas market with our unique technology in the hydrogen energy generation market and plan to expand our ORC coating to the global market starting with Europe.
