About us

Development background

  • When compounding with conventional polymeric materials, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have a large specific surface area and an apparent density of 0.02 to 0.05 g/cc, making it difficult to increase the CNT content above a certain amount.
  • Increasing the content of CNTs weakens durability (easily broken) and decreases dispersibility.
  • Therefore, through various processes using graphite, we initiated and completed the development of an electrically conductive polymer carbon composite material (PCC) with excellent properties such as excellent dispersibility, low electrical resistance (surface resistance: less than 1 Ω/㎠), and durability.
